Welcome to "Come Study With Me" coaching program! This milestone marks the beginning of our collaborative journey towards mastering CDL theory and pre-trip skills. In this initial session, we will establish a strong foundation for our coaching partnership and ensure that you feel comfortable and prepared for the upcoming sessions.

My coaching services are designed to assist you in achieving success in various aspects of obtaining a CDL. Specifically, we will focus on improving your pre-trip inspection skills, helping you pass the CDL permit exam, understanding CDL theory, mastering airbrake systems and leakage testing, as well as gaining a clear understanding of hours of service (HOS) regulations and avoiding violations.

Please note that the coaching sessions do not include road driving practice or actual road testing. Instead, our focus will be on honing your knowledge and skills related to CDL theory and pre-trip inspection. This will equip you with a solid foundation and confidence to excel in these areas.

To maximize your learning experience, the coaching program extends for one month, with sessions held on weekends. Each weekend, we will have two-hour coaching sessions on both Saturday and Sunday, amounting to a total of 16 hours of training throughout the month. To determine the specific schedule hours, please coordinate with Coach Heard.

Throughout the coaching program, I will provide you with valuable resources, study materials, and tools to support your learning journey. These resources will cover topics such as pre-trip inspections, communication with examiners, airbrake systems, leakage testing, range theory, double clutching, downshifting theory, sliding tandems, scaling, and electronic logging device (ELD) requirements for hours of service (HOS) compliance.

Additionally, we will discuss the logistics of our sessions, including scheduling, duration, and any necessary preparations or materials, ensuring a smooth and efficient coaching process.

To foster continuous support and progress tracking, we will establish effective communication channels between sessions. Whether it's through email, messaging apps, or video calls, I will be readily available to address any questions or concerns that may arise and provide guidance whenever needed.
